Currently, we are looking for hard-working, driven individuals to fill the position of Fitness Equipment Technician in our WI service area.

Pay for this position is $16 - $26/hr based on experience and education.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Keeping fitness equipment in our service area in good repair. This involves:
    • Diagnosing issues
    • Working with manufacturer tech support to resolve issues using a provided mobile device
    • Ordering parts using a provided mobile device
    • Replacing parts
    • Filling out work orders and invoices using a provided mobile device
  • Treating customers with patience and respect
  • Ensuring the company provided vehicle has regular, adequate inventory
  • Using the commercial vehicle in a safe manner, adhering to all company safety standards
  • Ability to read and understand fitness equipment wiring diagrams and schematics
  • Working a 4-day work week with the flexibility to work overtime as needed

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • Ability to use basic power and hand tools
  • Excellent driving skills with a valid driver’s license and no driving restrictions
  • Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
  • Clean, professional appearance and language
  • Good physical condition with the ability to lift 80 lbs
  • Willing to work until the job is done
  • Able to travel across state lines
  • Demonstrate good organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Occasional overnight stays expected
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
